Cooking & Preserving Wild Mushrooms Workshop

Take advantage of an incredible harvest! Learn how to process, cook and preserve wild mushrooms. Participants get to take home their own jar of pickled wild mushrooms and enjoy a demonstration and tasting of other wild mushroom dishes. (All recipes, demos are dairy, egg, gluten-free)
