To register for an event, please complete the form and submit payment. Submission of form without payment does not guarantee a spot in the class.
Refunds/Cancellations: Refunds will be honored for your pre-payment if you have to cancel before 5 days of the event date. After that, I will make every effort to fill your space and will offer a refund only if I am able to.
