Wild Medicine: Plant Walk on May 13th

Join local clinical herbalist Jess Starwood on an easy paced hike to identify and explore the native and non-native medicinal plants at Wildwood Regional Park in Thousand Oaks that are abundant during late spring in California.

This hike is open to ALL AGES, but please note that it is considered a hike rather than a walk. We will cover at least a few miles, through the canyon trails. Please bring water and snacks if needed. It is recommended to wear sturdy walking shoes, hat and sunscreen.

Arrive early to visit the mobile Sunraven Apothecary! A selection of herbal goods will be available for purchase 15 minutes prior to the walk and after we return.
